A Counselling and Therapy Service - The Portland Practice

  • Providing Confidential Counselling and Therapy
  • The Portland Practice is a small, independent organisation providing confidential Counselling and Therapy for a range of issues including, relationship problems, obsessions and compulsions, addiction, depression, anxiety, phobias, abuse, childhood issues, gender, sexuality, anger, or any other personal issue. We also provide clinical supervision for practicing and trainee Counsellors, anger management sessions and laughter therapy workshops.
