Age Concern: Seaford

  • Age Concern promotes the wellbeing of all older people and helps to make later life fulfilling and enjoyable.
  • Provides Information and Support to help older people resolve problems. Social activities run by Sixty Plus Group at Downs 60+ Club.
    Visiting housebound people. Home From Hospital service, providing help after returning home following spell in hospital. Office and Retail Charity Shop open Mon-Fri 10am- 2pm.
