Age Concern Exercise Classes (ACBHP)

  • Weekly exercise classes for the over 50 at our premises at 29-31 Prestonville Road, Seven Dials Brighton. Also classes in Alfred Davey Court, Bread Street and Friends' Meeting House, Ship Street
  • Yoga on Wednesday 11AM-12.30PM in Prestonville Road, Seven Dials and on Thursdays 10.30AM-12PM in Alfred Davey Court, Bread Street. £3.50 per session.
    Extend:Exercise to music for the over 60s. Thursday 10.30AM-11.30AM in Prestonville Road, Tuesday 10.30AM-11.30AM in Alfred Davey Court, Bread Street and Tuesday 4PM-5PM in Friends' Meeting House, Ship Street. £2.50 per session. Tai Chi Thursday 11.45AM-12.45PM and Friday 11AM-12PM in Prestonville Road, Brighton (donation). Also Poetry Group fortnightly on Fridays 1-2.30pm, Coffee Morning on Wednesdays 10-11.30am and Friendly Bridge Group on Thursdays 1.30pm-3.30pm (donation).
