  • Teacher of the Alexander Technique with over 21 years experience. Member of Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).
  • With the Alexander Technique you learn to recognise and release habitual patterns of tension and muscular effort which can lead to back, neck and shoulder aches and pains, stiffness, stress and fatique. Poise, vitality and co-ordination improve - movement becomes freer and more enjoyable.
