Battle and District Historical Society (BDHS)

• Promoting awareness of local history in Battle and the surrounding area.
• The B.D.H.S. was founded in 1950. Programme of lectures October - March. Programme of visits April - September Publications: The 1066 Malfosse Walk, Battle Town Walk. Lectures are held in the Church Hall, Upper Lake. (Charge to non-members). Produces annual newsletters and journals.
