• Private Coaching and Pilates equipment session by appointment held at our Westdene Studio (north Brighton). Flexible times to suit most schedules.
  Small group Matwork classes using Foam rollers, Magic Circles, Ova and Bender balls and bands are held on Tuesday evenings at 5:45 and 7:30 pm and on Saturdays at 10am at The Studio at Back2Balance on 35 Goldstone Villas in Hove.
  We host Pilates Teacher Training Courses by Conscious Movement Education, SA. Next course June 2010. Sign up early to achieve prerequisites before the course.
