Brighton & Hove Healthwalks
- Healthwalks provides fifteen regular led walks for all ages and abilities across Brighton & Hove. We also work to promote the health benefits of walking with health professionals and the public.
- There are walks in Hollingdean, Hove Park, Patcham, Portslade (Benfield Valley), Preston Park, Saltdean-Ovingdean under cliff, Brighton seafront, Stanmer Park, Woodingdean (Castle Hill) University of Sussex and Whitehawk (Sheepcote Valley) 7 days of the week. All walks are free, led by trained Walk Leaders and on public transport links. Walks range from under a mile to 4 miles in length. People wanting a copy of the full programme should get in touch or check out our website.
