Brighton Anxiety Forum (B.A.F.)

• A community forum for people with anxiety related problems such as, panic attacks, health anxiety, O.C.D., depression, social anxiety and agoraphobia.
• Peer support group and forum for people in Brighton, Hove and East Sussex with anxiety conditions such as panic attacks, generalised anxiety, health anxiety, agoraphobia, OCD etc.
  We have forum meets every Wednesday. These are very informal and a chance to discuss anxiety with people who know how you feel.
