Brighton Pilates Studio

• Brighton Pilates Studio is based at Dyke Road Natural Health Clinic. Come and visit us for group mat classes and equipment classes as well as private pilates sessions.
• Personal Pilates training is either on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis. These are particularly helpful for those suffering from chronic pain recovering from injuries or requiring more focused attention.
  Small studio Pilates groups are for those that have tried the equipment before. Groups are kept small, to a maximum of 4 people. Contact us to learn more and to book your space.
