Brighton Unemployed Centre Families Project (BUCFP)

  • A day centre which provides a wide of services for unemployed, low waged or insecurely housed people.
  • Services include Drop-in Courses, IT / Computer Courses and Training, Language Courses, Childcare, Free Creche, Childcare Training, Temporary Housing Support, Day Centre, Benefit Advice, Assistance to Low/Unwaged or Insecurely Housed People (Welfare Rights Group), Meals and Refreshments, Computer Access, Volunteering opportunities and other facilities (please see website). Office times 10am - 4pm weekdays, although some courses are outside of this.

    Facilities for hire: Main area 100 people, Classroom 25 people, Ground floor room 12 people. Creche 12 children with adequate supervision.
