- Make an appointment or call in at the relevant housing office where you will be able to use the free phone. Receptions are open 9.00 to 4.00pm daily. Except closed on Wednesdays 1.00-4.00pm in Brighton.
Housing Advisers / Tenancy Relations Officers available. Personal callers by appointment. Advice given to landlords and tenants on security of tenure, their rights and obligations, rehousing options, homelessness, benefits, disrepair, etc. Information on House Renovation Grants and rights to buy for council tenants. Housing advice and services for private sector tenants, landlords and owner occupiers including tenancy relations, disrepair and grants.
