• Meetings are held approximately 6 times per year attended by representatives of affiliated clubs. meetings are held at Bletchingley, Surrey and are open to members only. 200 clubs, team and schools affiliated to Region. Over 300 racing events and several participation events are held each year within the region. The region board ensure that these events comply fully with British Cycling Technical Regulations. British Cycling has an equity policy and a code of conduct for all its members.
