• Special interest groups for people no longer in full time work, run by volunteers.
• Special interest groups drawing on the knowledge, experience, skills and interests of the members (examples include languages, gardens, drawing, literature, walks, patchwork, social and family history, jazz, 'talk about it' discussion, play reading, cinema, theatre visits etc). Also regular illustrated talks by knowledgeable speakers. Open to anyone no longer in full-time work.
