Charleston Festival

  • A 10-day literature festival which takes place every May at Charleston, the country home of Bloomsbury artists Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell.
  • This prestigious literary festival, now in its 22nd year, takes place every May in a traditional marquee in the beautiful gardens of Charleston farmhouse. The festival regularly attracts a stimulating array of writers, performers, politicians and thinkers, both high profile and up and coming, national and international. Dates for the 2012 festival are Friday 25th May to Sunday 3rd June.
