Chestnut Tree House children's hospice

  • Chestnut Tree House is the children's hospice for Sussex and cares for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.
  • Chestnut Tree House provides short breaks at the hospice and community care in families' homes. We provide support for the whole family, including siblings, as well as pre and post bereavement care.
