Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

  • Specialist CAMHS is a multidisciplinary service, which provides assessment, advice and interventions for children and young people with complex, severe, or persistent mental health problems.
    The service aims to promote the emotional, behavioural, social and mental health of children, and young people, working with their families or carers; and to diagnose and treat mental disorders, and work therapeutically with young people experiencing complex, severe or persistent mental health difficulties.
