• Qualified Therapist offers: Short or long term therapy for adults and children using creative approaches where appropriate. Also runs workshops and groups.
• Kathy Aspden (MBACP Accred), is an experienced counsellor, qualified in creative therapies. Provides individual support to children using play therapy, as well as counselling adults and young people. Works with many issues such as anxiety, stress, abuse, disability and loss. Group work also available. Evening and daytime appointments.
