Creative Dementia Support

  • The difference between living with dementia and living well with dementia. A service for people with dementia and their carers.
  • Our Trained Activity Support Workers will help draw up and facilitate a schedule of activities and pastimes that are meaningful and pleasurable for the person with dementia. This plan can change with the condition. Activities may be at home or in the community and are always one to one. Training and consultancy services are also available.
