Crossroads Care: East Sussex

  • Providing regular breaks for carers; Registered Charity.
  • We provide a free service for carers looking after a disabled or ill person at home. A trained Family Support Worker takes over the caring tasks to provide a break for the regular carer. The service is provided for carers with dependents of all ages including children with disabilities. The office hours Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm, and answerphone.
