- Providing the best support and Information for People with dementia - Our Dementia Advisers are here to help.
- The Dementia Adviser service is a service provided by the Alzheimer's society which provides information and other support services which aim to put people with dementia in control of their lives so they are able to live well with dementia. The Dementia Adviser acts as a named contact for the person with dementia for as long as they need the service. It is a completly free and confidential service.
I am open to referrals for anyone with dementia or anyone who is experiencing memory problems but has not yet been diagnosed. I can also signpost their families and carers to services available to them.
Please contact me directly to make a referral or if you would like to access the service for yourself or your loved-one.
