• Open seven days a week, the centre offers a fully equipped gym with a team of dedicated fitness instructors, personal training and a wide variety of exercise classes. A multi purpose hall (for Badminton, Netball, Five-a-side football, Table Tennis, Volleyball etc.) plus a tanning suite and the ever popular PlayZone soft play area.
  There is an outdoor floodlit all-weather pitch available for hire throughout the year too, as well as a range of meeting halls and spaces.
  A full range of term and holiday kids and junior activities programmes also run at the centre.
  Cafe Wave offers a range of hot and cold beverages and a varied lunch and snack menu along with free wi-fi.
