East Sussex Downs and Weald PCT

  • Community Rehabilitation Team Uckfield Community Hospital
  • Provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and dietetics, to enable people to achieve independance and live safely in their own homes. We aim to prevent hospital admission and enable early discharge from hospital. Treatment is given at home, in residential accomodation and for in-patients in Uckfield Community Hospital.
