• 24 hour 365 day a year emergency telephone system.
• Eastbourne Lifeline is part of Eastbourne Borough Council and provides a 24 hour 365 day a year telephone system.
  Customers have a unit with a pendant in their own homes, should they need to contact us they can press the pendant or the button on the telephone unit, the call will come through to our control centre and we will respond to them within 30 seconds. Our computer system holds information on each customer so we can quickly get the appropriate assistance to them be it a doctor or one of the emergency services.
