Energy Matters - Integrative Therapy: Homeopathy, Flower Essences, Energy Healing, Nutrition, Herbs and Pregnancy Yoga

  • Approaching well-being with unity; uniting Homeopathy, Flower Essences, Energy Healing, Nutrition, Herbs and Yoga to address imbalances and blocks. Integrative therapy allows the healing process to be tailor made to suit your individual needs.
  • Are you living healthily and happily in the 'now'? Do you feel below par or out of balance?
Lack energy? Feel stressed or anxious? Do you have tension? Have trouble sleeping?

Are you holding onto old patterns that no longer serve you?

At the heart of Energy Matters an integrative approach, using a variety of tools - not just one in isolation, to health and well-being. Approaching well-being with unity; uniting Homeopathy, Flower Essences, Energy Healing, Nutrition, Herbs and Yoga to address imbalances and blocks, and also helps to enhance the healing process. Used collectively these tools can be used to transform the roots of what is keeping us stuck in our (past) issues and preventing us from living in the present moment, in the 'now'.

Integrative therapy allows the healing process to be tailor made to suit your individual needs.

    Pregnancy Yoga
Classic asanas (yoga postures) have been adapted to promote well-being and mobility throughout pregnancy. The yoga practices combine the breath with the movement of the body. Prananyama (breathing practices) are learned to help prepare the women's spontaneous breath for labour and later on in parenting. Classes also place an emphasis on meditation and deep relaxation -invaluable tools for pregnancy, birthing and parenting.

The classes are designed to tap into your body’s wisdom and to help with confidence and trust. The postures and practices learnt in class are encouraged to be practiced at home throughout pregnancy.
