Family Intensive Support Service (FISS)

  • Aims to work with families to provide high quality assessment and intervention and promote the needs of learning disabled children.
  • A service in East Sussex for families with children with moderate to severe learning disabilities/severe global developmental delay, together with emotional, communication and behavioural problems. We work with children up to the age of 19 who have the most complex needs. FISS is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of team manager, clinical psychologists, speech and language therapists, family support workers, team co-ordinator, business manager and administration.
