Friends of the Old People (FOTOP)

• Local friendly cafe for the Older People (over 50's) and we are open 9.30 am to 13.30 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday 9.00 am to 12.00 noon. We hold Armchair Exercise on Thursday afternoons at 2 pm to 3 pm.
• We have a cafe in Middle Street that is open Monday to Friday 09.30 am through to 1.30 pm and Saturday 9.00 am to 12 Noon. Contact by letter, E-mail or by contact on the FOTOP mobile phone.

• Although we have different floor areas these are fully accessible by wheelchair users by a short ramp and we have disabled toilets (but only for wheelchair use not mobility scooters).
