Friendship Lunch Group

• Friendly social lunch group in Westham.
• Meets every Tuesday at Westham Village Hall. Coffee from 10.30 and lunch at 12.00. A two-course hot meal is provided for £5.00 - special diets catered for. Activities include friendly conversations, a raffle and table games of quoits and bagatelle. Visitors are welcome any Tuesday between 10 and 12. If you want lunch please book by 9.30 am the day before - ring Joyce (763344) or Mary (762814). You can book onto the Westham & Pevensey Rover 6 Bus. Just call 0845 6066951 the day before, and say you would like to travel to the Friendship Lunch. This is public transport for anyone, concessionary passes are accepted or a fare paid when you get on the bus. Friendship Lunchers are usually from Westham or nearby. There is no joining fee, we simply ask people for some commitment to coming frequently (not necessarily every week), and hope that they will offer, as they are able, to lend a hand from time to time.
   
• There is a slope for disabled access at the Hall, and a toilet. Westham and Pevensey Rover 6 Bus is a low floor mini-bus with a slope access for foot passengers and wheelchairs. To book the bus call 0845 6066951 the day before.
