  Junior Activities from 4 years upwards include Football Fun sessions, Trampolining, Ballet, Tap and ModernDance, Table Tennis, Badminton, Karate, Netball and Tennis.
  We have an indoor 5-a-side league and the Eastbourne Netball League.
  Martial Arts and excise classes that take place include Kick Boxing, Karate, Pilates, Aerobics and Legs, Bums and Tums.
  
  Sports Hall facilities available for hire include; indoor football, basketball, cricket nets, volleyball, badminton, table tennis.
  We have two glass back squash courts and we run Squash Leagues, a Squash Ladder, social sessions, team squash and coaching is available.
  Our outdoor all weather multicourt with floodlights is suitable for football or hockey. We also have four all weather Tennis and Netball Courts that are also floodlit.
  The popular fitness gym offers a flexible way to work out with either pay as you go or a monthly pass option.

  Playschemes for school holidays Monday to Friday 9.30am-12.30pm, which includes Arts and crafts, various sports, bouncy castle and a range of toys and equipment to keep the children entertained. We also run sports fun sessions for children aged 5-12 yrs in the afternoons during the school holidays. We’re fully registered with ESCC, social services and OFSTED Registered with all staff enhanced CRB checked.
  Opening hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:40am-10.30pm, Friday 8:40pm-10pm, Saturday, 8:40am-6pm, Sunday, 8:40am-7pm.
