Harney and Wells Family Mediation Service

  • We are specialist family law practice in Brighton offering family mediation.
  • We are a mediation service attached to a solicitors practice specialising in all aspects of family law. We have two trained mediators who are both solicitors and trained by Resolution (formerly SFLA).
    Our service holds a contract with the LSC to offer legal aid mediation to those who qualify. We accept self referrals and referrals from solicitors.
