Home From Hospital: Hastings

• Support for older people after hospital.
• Volunteer hospital visitors for patients aged 55 years and over, also providing short-term support and encouragement at home. Patients must live in Hastings or St Leonards and can refer themselves to the scheme or be referred by GPs, hospital staff, family, etc. Emotional support and practical help are offered at no charge for up to four weeks
