Home Works
- Home Works provides housing related support to help vulnerable people keep their accommodation or successfully move into new accommodation.
- Home Works support staff will visit service users at their homes or where they are currently living. The worker and service user will assess the support needs and then work together on an action plan to resolve immediate crises. They will then move on to helping the service user develop skills and strategies for dealing with any future problems which might arise. The service is time limited and there will be reviews to ensure that things are going to plan.
Home Works is available to people who:
live in East Sussex, in any tenure
are aged between 16 and 64 on referral
would benefit from a short term housing related support service to help them live more independently.
are vulnerable and have support needs
Home Works operates daytime and evening Monday to Saturday.
Individuals can also apply by phone, text or e-mail and Home Works staff will ensure an application form is completed.
