Homeless Health Team (NHS)

• The Homeless Health Team provides health care and support to individuals and families in Eastbourne who are homeless, in temporary accommodation or at risk of being made homeless.
• Our specialist nurses provide healthcare and support to homeless people through outreach and drop-in services. All of our services are free, friendly and confidential. Services include: health assessment and treatment; sexual health advice; needle exchange; GP registration; foot care; health visiting for single parents/families and antenatal support for pregnant women.
