Hospice in the Weald

  • Provides care, support and advice to patients with life threatening illnesses, their carers and families.
  • Hospice services include In-Patient Unit, Day Therapy Centre, Lymphoedema Clinic, Hospice in the Home community nursing, Counselling, Bereavement Support, Spiritual Care, Family and Carer Support, and Education training for healthcare professionals. All services to patients and their families are provided free of charge, and are mainly funded by voluntary donations
