MS FAMILY SUPPORT

• Supporting all people affected by multiple sclerosis, including Carers and families, in the Eastbourne & South Wealden area
• Membership is through our magazine 'Milestones' available from the above address. We work with the statutory sector locally (Social Services, PCT, etc) offering an advocacy and information service.
  Referrals are through our MS Nurse Specialist and we give support by completing benefits forms and homes visits for the person with MS and their Carer.
