• The centre provides courses and facilities, to the general public throughout East Sussex, for learning about meditation and Buddhism .
• The centre's premises in Sea Road, Bexhill are open Monday - Saturday 10.00am-5pm. Meditation classes available in Bexhill, Hailsham, St Leonards, and Hastings. Weekend courses and retreats throughout the year. When centre is open, its shop and meditation room is also open. All welcome. Free access to meditation room.
