• Phoenix Venue, muliti purpose events centre. 400 seating capacity, 600 standing capacity.
• A Community Arts Centre hosting a range of projects and performances as well as availability for Private Hire for a range of events. 460 Seater (330 cabaret style). A 160 seater sprung black box dance studio and 90 seater little theatre complete the three venue complex. A flexible venue suitable for stage shows, parties, wedding receptions, conferences, production launches, TV/Film shoots and much more. Licensed bar, fully staffed, full lighting and sound facilities.
  Regular Monday Evening Le Roc dance classes are held here from 7.30pm. Larges install of lighting and sound system in Hastings.
