• Samaritans is an emotional health helpline, available 24 hours a day to callers going through a crisis or having suicidal thoughts.
• Confidential friendship and support for the suicidal, lonely, despairing or any person in crisis. No problem is unacceptable to the Samaritans, who are non-political, non-religious and non- judgemental. 24-hour telephone support service. The support office is open for personal callers seven days a week, 10.30am-10.30pm. Samaritans raise funds to assist the work: 01323 721511. E-mails answered within 48 hours.
