Sara Lee Trust

• An independent, local charity providing complementary therapies, counselling and creative therapies to people in Hastings and Rother living through cancer and other serious illness, with support for their families and carers.
• We provide complementary therapies to the patients at St Michael's Hospice, St Leonards on Sea and Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital- to those with cancer, and other serious illness in the communities of Hastings and the Rother District. We have two treatment rooms and a counselling room at St Michael's and a treatment room at Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital. There is a community aromatherapist for home visits. On site we provide aromatherapy, counselling, acupuncture, reflexology, shiatsu, relaxation and visualisation. We run a sanctuary day for patients once a month and Creative Therapy sessions.
