• Help and advice centre
• The Shaftesbury Centre offers help and advice to all in the Langney area by way of general advise, including DLA claims; befriending and support, counselling, advice on community issues. It also hosts a number of outreaches i.e. Credit Union, Relate and an Eastbourne Homes benefits adviser.
  The Centre also supports the work of the North Langney Community Forum, Local Action Team, Crash Pad Children's Clubs, Friends of Shinewater Park and the committee who run Diddies Toy Library.
  The Centre also run a very successful lunch club for older people in the Langney area, every Wednesday at St Barnabas Church.
