Snapps Special Needs Support Group (SNAPPS)

  • We offer support and offer friendship to people of all ages with special needs and their families and carers.
  • All ages of families and carers are welcome. Occasional meetings and events at Seaford Baptist Church and other venues. Details available to members - membership FREE
