Supported Accommodation & Independent Living Solutions (SAILS)

• Provide support & accommodation within either a Shared Lives or Supported Accommodation placement for adults with mental health issues, learning difficulties and all vulnerable adults.
• We provide supported lodgings and accommodation for people who are vulnerable, whether with a mental health problem, learning disability, or any other condition which makes them vulnerable and in need of support. Referrals come through other adult social care teams; hospitals & probation.
  
  There are equivalent teams in Eastbourne, Lewes and Wealden, and Bexhill and Rother.
