The Friends of Beechgrove Unit

  • Prevent social isolation, re-integration into the community for elderly people who have or have had mental health issues.
  • Ballroom dancing, singing groups, Yoga, crafts, social groups, individual computer tuition, assistance with accessing community groups. For any one with mental health issues, transport provided.
