Adding an Entry

Please note that to add your organisation to ESCIS you must be the official representative for that organisation. 

Follow these steps to add an organisation:

  1. Search for your entry
    • Check you are not on ESCIS already by searching for your organisation's name. If you find your organisation, please follow the instructions for editing an entry.
    • If your organisation is not already on ESCIS, you will need to login.
  2. Log in to MyESCIS
    • Login by clicking MyESCIS on the main menu.
      If you do not already have a login you can Get one now.
    • Once you are logged in, you will arrive at the MyESCIS pages.
  3. Add an entry
    • Click on the Add Entry button located on the MyESCIS toolbar.
      In future, your entries will be listed under the MyEntries tab, which is the fifth tab along on the MyESCIS home page.

Please note that, for security reasons, your details will NOT be added immediately - they first need to be checked by the ESCIS staff (you may receive a phone call or email to verify that your details are correct). It may take up to two weeks for an entry to be added.
