Ordering Help in Hand

If you would like to receive a Help in Hand folder for the area you have chosen simply send us your postal address and we will send a folder.

These directories are large documents, up to 300 pages long. We would recommend a minimum of Pentium II processor with 32Mb RAM, a good printer and plenty of paper, toner or ink. Please remember Help in Hand Directories will go out-of-date as the website is continually updated.
