A Bikeability course gives children and adults the skill they need for riding their bikes on the road. It also encourages children to think independently and make informed choices.
Bikeability cycling proficiency for the 21st century
All our training is carried out by qualified National Standard Instructors who have been trained in first aid.
Courses at schools consist of five 90-minute sessions. These are run during the school day, after school or during the holidays.
Individual training for adults and children can also be arranged at our Cycling Centre in Eastbourne. We cater for all age groups and abilities including:
