Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Clinical Supervision (Online, via Zoom)

My name is Shelley Holland and I have been working as a counsellor and therapist in Brighton & Hove since 1997. I am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and also a Senior Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

I have more than 25 years experience providing therapy services to individuals. I offer one-to-one therapy sessions with adults, and I also offer clinical supervision to therapists and organisations.

Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and are offered online via Zoom.

I originally trained as a psychodynamic practitioner, and now work in both an integrative and holistic way, combining key therapeutic approaches to provide the best fit for the person I'm working with. My particular strengths lie in offering therapy that incorporates my training and experience in trauma therapy, attachment-based work, and body psychotherapy.

I also run a training organisation called Brighton Therapy Partnership dedicated to the provision of training workshops and continuing professional development to therapists across the South East of England and beyond. Through my Directorship of this organisation I am in constant contact with the most up-to-date clinical thinking.
