Description
The Trust's objects are the provision or assistance with the provision of residential accommodation and any associated amenities for older people in need within Sussex with particular reference to the Hastings and St Leonards area. The Trust owns the freehold of Marlborough House, an extra care housing scheme run by Southern Housing Group.
