Carers Support Group

All of our groups are facilitated by a DISC staff member, we aim to provide a safe space to talk about your role as a carer and to also gain information and support. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits. (vegan & gluten free options)

All of our sessions are totally free of charge.

St Leonards, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Rye, Battle, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, Crowborough.

There is no need to book a place for our monthly Carer Support Groups, you are welcome to just come along! All dates and addresses are on our website.

Please note that our face to face Support Groups do not run on Bank Holidays or over Christmas, please feel free to reach out over these periods for support (email, phone, text etc).
