Description
Dementia Active Sussex is a weekly group run for people living with dementia and their carers.
Chris and Cherry two of the organisers of Dementia Active Sussex and the other volunteers play an active role in running the sessions on a Monday morning. They work hard to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for people living with dementia and their carers.
Activities include gentle exercise, sports and games.
Every Monday (except Bank Holidays) 10am - 12pm
