Rob Hill Foundation

This entry was last updated: 13th August, 2019

This is a charity providing services for the advancement of health or saving of lives for the general public; bringing awareness and teaching management of thought processes.

Each Thursday there are Free Support Groups supporting people to make positive permanent changes in their lives when they are struggling to do so or don’t even know where to start. It’s all about reprogramming the mind to quit addictive substances, stop habitual behaviours, manage anxiety and phobias, lift depression, as well as addressing any other mental and emotional issues including “victimhood” from being in an abusive relationship and more..

Free Workshops every Thursday Evening at 7.30pm in The St Mary Magdelene Community Hall, Church Road, St Leonards on sea, East Sussex, TN37 6EE

Charity no: 1181220
